In a bowl add the rice, 2 cups of the water and the cinnamon stick ( previously broken)
Let the rice mix soaking over night preferably ( or 6-8 hours)
After it has soaked add the rice mix to the blender and process it until smooth.
Add the condensed milk and the evaporated milk to the water and stir it well.
Strain the rice mixture through a very fine colander and add the liquid to the water with the 2 milks.
Enjoy it with some ice cubes and add some powdered cinnamon on the top for decoration and extra taste.
