Method
- Boil the water and dissolve the piloncillo in it.
- Once the piloncillo is dissolved add all other ingredients and boil at a soft boil for 2 minutes.
- Strain the coffee and serve it.

The coffee is best enjoyed with some Mexican Conchas or Cinnamon Cake
